Refuse Garden Tags & Stickers
In January 2019, the Board of Health instituted a new tag policy requiring all residents and property owners of Rowe to purchase dump tags and renew each year to use the Refuse Garden. These tags hang from a car's rear-view mirror and must be displayed to utilize the facility.
Residents will also be required to affix town-issued trash stickers to each bag of trash they wish to discard. Bags will have a limit of 33 gallons and 25 pounds, though you may use any bag you choose that adheres to these limits. Residents may use one sticker for two smaller, 16-gallon bags. With the purchase of each dump tag, residents will receive 52 dump stickers per year with the option to purchase more. Stickers do not expire from year to year (only the yearly tag expires)
Hazardous Waste Collection Sites:
As a resident of Rowe you have access to at least six Household Hazardous Waste collection events each year
