The Rowe Goal Post
The Rowe Goal Post is a monthly newsletter produced by the town and sent to all residents and property owners free of charge. This publication is funded by the taxpayers at the annual town meeting and overseen by the Board of Selectmen. It contains various articles such as government reports, town events, pictures, notes of thanks, etc. It is intended to be a non-political source of information about things that go on in the community.
Beginning August 2019, all issues will be available digitally on this page. There is no cost for the digital version, and printed copies are available for free at the town hall and library. Non-residents/property owners can have it mailed to them for an annual subscription fee of $15.00.
Editor/Submissions
The editor of the Goal Post is employed by the town, and overseen by the Board of Selectmen. The current editor is Sue Williams, and can be contacted at goalposteditor@gmail.com.
Submissions should be submitted to the editor as early as possible, in case revisions or corrections are needed. Content should be appropriate for all age groups, and should not be political in nature (government reports and notices of events are permitted).
