Feasibility Study and ADA Upgrades for the existing Rowe Town Library.
Restoring the rich and eclectic history of the Library, while creating a safe, multi-functional space for all Town Residents of all ages and readership interests to enjoy!
Proposed Design Upgrades Include:
- ADA Accessibility and Upgrades Bathrooms
- Added Meeting Room and Multi-Functional Event Space
- Added Outdoor Reading and Event Spaces
- Increased Seating and Reading Areas
- Upgaded Infrastructure, Safety, and Cohesion
