Purpose: review of meeting minutes; correspondence; budget; rules and procedures; draft zoning bylaws; news or items that may be relevant to the Planning Board; any other old or new business unforeseen at the time of this notice’s posting.**

* If this location is not available, a new location such as the gazebo on the town green may be posted.

** This listing of discussion topics are those reasonably anticipated by the chairman which may be taken up at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. The order and length of time spent on each item, as well as opportunity for audience participation, are subject to the discretion of the chairman. This notice may be updated.
