Call to Order:

1. Validate minutes from the 12 August 2026 meeting.

2. Review current construction status, including ledge removal progress, SSV verification of quantities, and any new change-order items requiring LBC action.

3. Review the temporary library book removal and storage plan, including refined storage requirements, projected costs, boxes, and staff support.

4. Review preparations for the Library’s anticipated October use of Town Hall, including the code of conduct and coordination with the Library Trustees and Town Administrator.

5. Discuss next steps, responsibilities, and upcoming construction/relocation milestones.

6. Any unforeseen business since the last meeting.
