        3. Minutes: Approval of the February 19, 2026, NBSU Joint Committee meeting minutes

        1. NBSU Joint Committee Contact List: Please review the updated list provided at the last meeting to make any final edits.

        1. Subcommittee Planning: Finalize the committee members from each NBSU district to work together on the committee to update the union agreement. Set a date for the initial meeting of this group to begin the work on this project.

        1. FY27 budget review: Discuss and vote on the percentage increase for the non-union shared staff members who work in the schools and NBSU office.

        1. Regional discussion:
  2. Committee member request: Review the options for a study to determine collaboration between the current NBSU member districts
  3. North Berkshire Regional Study Steering Committee: Superintendent Franzoni and Arleigh Cooper from Savoy will provide updates on the work of this committee to hire a company using state funding to conduct a regionalization study for nine North Berkshire towns

        1. MASC Code of Conduct: Review and discuss the MASC Code of Ethics and Conduct for School Committee members involving the decision making process and protocols, as well as all aspects of the position during this challenging time period

        1. New Joint Committee Business: Any other items for discussion and review by the committee members not reasonably anticipated prior to the posting of this meeting.
