Call to Order:

1. Review Updates since pervious meeting.
2. Discuss results from the Commission’s research on CY2026 and CY2027 Grant Opportunities.
3. Discuss decision from the Historical Society on a potential partnership on Nominating select sites for the National Registry.
4. Review successful Historical Commissions’ projects, done by hill/small towns, as exemplars for us to learn from and model after.
5. Receive feedback on information from the Concord group.
6. Any unforeseen business within the last 48 hours of posting the agenda.
