Call to Order:

1. Approve meeting minutes from December 8, 2025 meeting.
2. Budget hearing on January 22, 2025 at 6 PM.
3. Updates on grant work. DLTA funding, Woodlands Partnership exemption work, MVP -Climate Smart Forestry Operation, and Cultural Council. Next round of Woodlands Partnership grant applications due in spring.
4. Summer Recreation Program planning.
5. Brainstorm ideas for possible future park events and activities.
6. Any unforeseen business within the last 48 hours of the posting.
