Notice of Public Meeting

Pursuant to Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L.Chapter 131, Section 40), the Rowe Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting for a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by the Town of Rowe on Wednesday August 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 321 Zoar Road, Rowe. The RDA is for bridge preservation work, consisting of repairs to the corroded steel beam ends of Bridge No. R-10-006, located on Zoar Road in Rowe and to determine whether the area and/or work is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. The full application can be viewed at the Rowe Town Hall during regular business hours. This notice is to inform abutters and other interested parties of this meeting.
