will meet on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.

- Approval of May 9, 2025 minutes
- Vote to enter Executive Session for preliminary screening of candidates to interview for Indigenous-focused Natural & Cultural Inventory as part of National Heritage Area feasibility study (M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21(a))
- Return to public session: Initial discussion of 3-year fundraising plan from consultant Stephanie Schilling who will attend Annual Meeting – feedback due to Lisa & Stephanie by June 10; discuss meetings to schedule during her visit June 24 & 25
- June 24 Board & Annual Meeting: 5 pm dinner, 6-8 p.m. at Greylock Glen Outdoor Center, Adams – review agenda: Fundraising & public safety study consultant presentations, other priority updates
- Overview of EOEEA regional grant application “Voices for the Forest” submitted for May 15 deadline focused on education, outreach & telling region’s story; 2 existing state grants closing June 30
- Agent report: EOEEA-NEFF contract update; Heritage Area feasibility study – RPAs components underway & outreach/reporting drafting portion TBD; USFS liaison update; Upcoming June Events:
