Call to Order:

1. Approve meeting minutes from January 2025 Park Commission meeting.
2. Budget presentation with the finance committee on Thursday, February 6, 2025.
3. Review Woodlands Partnership grant spring projects that must be completed by June 30, 2025. Discuss next Woodlands grant application requests.
4. Purchase of signs this spring (courts, lifeguard stand, front entrance etc.) and deciding what the wording for the signs should be.
5. Rules and Regulations review.
6. Recruitment of summer staff. Announcement of lifeguard training at the Greenfield YMCA times and dates.
7. Two bridge replacements and other trail work priorities for the summer.
8. Any unforeseen business within the last 48 hours.
