1. Approve OSRC meeting minutes from November.
2. Review updates from November’s meeting: to include but not limited Town Survey, Trout Stocking Research, Historical Society Follow-up, and way-ahead for the top 10 OSRP efforts.
3. Map-out the 2025 OSRC’s milestones/timeline and measures of success.
4. Discuss upcoming Grant and potential Budget requirements.
5. Mass Audubon will discuss opportunities that complement the OSRP efforts.
6. Communication topics for the next Goal Post.
7. Any unforeseen business within the last 48 hours of posting the agenda.
