Board of Selectmen & School Committee Joint Meeting

New Business:

1. Historical Society
2. Town Clerk Request – Vote to Reduce In-Person Early Voting Hours

Old Business:

1. Fire Chief Succession Plan – TA will coordinate the next meeting date and time.
2. Audit – received a draft.
3. Annual Employee Reviews and Plan—Employee reviews were sent out.
4. Accountant Job Description – TA will follow up with accountant on description.
5. Highway Superintendent Job Description – discussed during Dept. Head Review.

Ongoing Projects:

Yankee Road: TA attending onboarding webinar Monday, September 30^th, for HUD grant funding.

Cyrus Stage Bridge: On Monday, September 23rd, tree trimming and tree cutting.

Tunnel Road Bridge: No update.

Hazelton Road Culvert: No update.

Potential FY24 STM Items:

2. Historical Commission – By-Law The Preservation of Historical Buildings/Establishment/Amendment
