- If interest in pursuing local bylaw, we should request legal guidance on process timeline: Submit Draft Language to Legal by 9/13, Review and Approve Draft Bylaw Language by 9/20, Hold Public Hearing 10/7, Submit Warrant Article by 10/14, Hold STM 10/29, Submit to AG 10/31, Bylaw takes effect no later than 1/30/25 (90 days from submission to AG)
