1. Transfer of Park Wages

Old Business:

1. Fire Chief Succession Plan – Charlemont residents voted to move forward with the proposed fire district between Town of Charlemont and Town of Rowe during their Town Meeting.

2. Audit – We have officially hired Roselli, Clark and Associates to conduct a complete audit for fy2023 and to reconcile fy2022 accounts.

3. Annual Employee Reviews and Plan - I have not yet been able to sit down with Ben to develop a plan or process for conducting annual employee reviews.

Ongoing Projects:

Yankee Road:

• FRCOG will be putting this project out to bid in late July or early August.
• Sherman Dam Access – should we request town counsel to draft an agreement?
• Yankee Atomic – Frank Clifford expressed Yankee may be willing to assist with funding
• MassWorks Funding has been extended to June 30, 2026
• Rural Development Funding – funding extension cannot be requested until the spring of 2025.

Ford Hill Bridge: No updates.

Cyrus Stage Bridge: No updates.

Tunnel Road Bridge: No updates.
