1. Call to order
2. Announcements: The first part, and main purpose, of this meeting will be in Executive Session to discuss Teacher Contract Negotiations with all stakeholders.
3. Executive Session- Per Chapter 30A, Section 21 MGL
   1. Teacher Contract Negotiations
4. Approval of Minutes: I move to approve the minutes of the meeting of the Rowe School Committee of April 5, 2023.
5. Financial Statement: I move to approve the current FY23 financial statement
6. FY24 Budget: The School Committee will review, discuss, make any necessary adjustments, and vote to approve the final FY24 Rowe School Budget to be submitted at the annual town meeting.
7. School Committee Business:
   1. New Business: Any current items not reasonably anticipated prior to posting the meting
8. Announcements
   1. Next Rowe School Committee meeting: Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
9. Adjournment:
