Agenda:

Call meeting to order

  1. Approval of meeting minutes from April 12, 2022 by roll-call vote.
  2. Develop a list of survey questions for community outreach to construct goals for the plan. How do we want to administer the survey and get it to the residents? Timeline for completing this task?
  3. Communications with FRCOG to date and update on the MVP grant funding to complete the plan.
  4. Review the Proposed Scope of Work from FRCOG and discuss possible meeting times in the next few weeks.
  5. Tasks to work on moving forward.
  6. Any unforeseen business within the last 48 hours of posting.
