Call the meeting to order.

• Review minutes of October 13^th 2021 meeting.

? Still waiting for a respond from the building permit applicant with respect to the planned location of a 24'x30' barn at 16 Newell Cross Rd.

• Trees in Percy Point being cut. Need to check that the report submitted by Lattrell Ecological Consulting LLC (January 26, 2016) is being followed with respect to which tree species is used to replace those removed.
• Review upcoming business.
• • RDA for septic replacement at 124 Zoar Road. Propose site is within 100’ of Taylor Brook.
• • NOI for culver replacement on Ford Hill Road over Shippee Brook
• Schedule next meeting.
• Adjourn.
