Call the meeting to order.

• No minutes from the postponed April 4^th meeting. Review any outstanding issues from the March 3^rd meeting minutes.

• Review the demolition and shielding plan submitted by J.H. Maxymillian, Inc for the replacement of the King’s Highway Bridge over Pelham Brook.

• Review reimbursement request for copies of Commission documents at Staples.

• Review any other business.

• Schedule next meeting.

• Adjourn.
