A meeting of the Conservation Commission

Call meeting to order.

• Review minutes from the November 13^th meeting

• Update on the Transfer Station culvert replacement project (WPA File# WE274-006) and work at 402 Potter Road (WPA File# 274-0035). Any obligation of notifying applicant if deadline of Conditions is approaching?

• Review status of project to upgrade 77 Hazelton Rd as overseen by Board of Health and any consideration for the Conservation Commission.

• Next budget due January 23^rd.

• 2019 Annual Town Report due of activities for the year that has just ended.

• Possible candidate for open position on Commission.

• Schedule next meeting.

• Adjourn.
