Purpose: review and action on meeting minutes; discuss appointment of member to fill Planning Board vacancy; correspondence; budget; fee schedule; rules and procedures; zoning bylaw planning; also news and/or other timely items that may be relevant to the Planning Board’s purview; and any other old or new business unforeseen at the time of this notice’s posting.**

* If the posted meeting room is unavailable, the Planning Board meeting will be held at another location: notification of the new meeting place will be posted on or near the door of the above-posted location.

** This listing of discussion topics are those reasonably anticipated by the chairman which may be taken up at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
