Call meeting to order.

• Review minutes from the May 15^th meeting

• Review status of RDA submitted by Gill Engineering for the repair of Bridge No. R-10-007 (OFD) on Zoar Road over Shippee Brook.

• Review status of RDA submitted by the Town of Rowe for the installation of underground conduit as part of the MLP Broadband project.

• Review results of National Grid replacing a distribution pole just west of Tunnel Road in a beaver impoundment.

• Review any other business.

• Schedule next meeting.

• Adjourn.
